We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to keep our creative engine running smoothly. You’ll optimize workflows, ensure top-quality deliverables, and help a fast-paced, globally distributed team deliver projects that meet brand standards. This role blends marketing ops, automation, and process optimization—you’ll help make our team more productive, creative, and efficient.

In this role you will:

  • Run Campaigns & Workflows: Design and optimize marketing automation across channels to drive engagement and pipeline growth.

  • Data & Segmentation: Keep data clean, segment audiences, and personalize messaging to make campaigns smarter.

  • Align & Collaborate: Partner with Sales and Marketing to make sure campaigns hit revenue goals and run smoothly.

  • Analyze & Improve: Track performance, dig into metrics, and tweak campaigns for maximum impact.

  • CRM & Tools: Manage CRM integrations, lead scoring, and automation platforms (like n8n) to keep processes efficient and scalable.

Experience: 2+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or related roles with measurable impact on workflow efficiency or campaign results.

  • Marketing Automation: Hands-on with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot to run multi-channel campaigns.

  • CRM & Lead Management: Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead scoring, and maintaining clean, accurate data.

  • Email & Campaign Optimization: Experience with email strategy, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Ability to interpret campaign metrics, create dashboards, and turn data into actionable insights.

  • Automation & Data Tools (Preferred): Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n), SQL, AI-driven personalization, or web analytics.
