Job Description
Get to know the role
This role exists to help further optimize all communications within our app ensuring engaging and effective interactions with our users. As a Marketing Operations Executive, s/he should exhibit knowledge on communication strategy, able to analyze performance and turn into reports and best practices, and openness to playing around with tools available in-app to effectively communicate to consumers. Furthermore, s/he should be able to plan, conceptualize and develop in-app plans for campaigns.

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing Operations and will be based in Ortigas, reporting to the office 3x a week. Additionally, you are expected to lead a team under your supervision.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Campaign Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute strategic plans for in-app communications, including push notifications, in-app banners, push inbox messages, and other messaging formats. Ensure alignment with overall marketing and user engagement goals.
- Utilize data to segment user audiences effectively and tailor in-app communications to different user groups based on behavior, preferences, and lifecycle stages to be able to develop a comprehensive in app campaign plan.
- Explore different techniques and programs to improve app conversions.
- Execution & Coordination
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of in-app communication campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing vertical leads, product, engineering) to ensure seamless delivery and integration of messages within the app.
- Develop compelling and relevant messaging for in-app banners, push notifications, and push inbox messages that drive user engagement and meet campaign objectives.
- Ensure that in-app communication tools and platforms are functioning correctly. Coordinate with technical teams to address and resolve any issues related to the delivery or performance of in-app messages.
- Create programs that will improve the overall process and utilize emerging tools like Gen AI to improve project flows.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze the performance of in-app communications using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, engagement rates, and conversion rates. Provide detailed reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to refine messaging strategies and enhance the effectiveness of in-app communications. Make data-driven adjustments to improve user interaction and campaign results.
Qualifications
The Must-Haves
- Bachelor in business / marketing/ communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are accepted.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented. Being proactive is a huge asset too!
- Able to work under pressure and under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience, but not required
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and their impact on in-app communication effectiveness.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
