About you:
You enjoy solving technical problems in a calm and practical way. You like working with marketing platforms and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You are comfortable turning ideas into simple technical solutions and you enjoy helping others understand how things work. You care about accurate data, clear processes and creating a smooth experience for the marketing teams you support. You feel confident working with different teams and you communicate in a clear and friendly way.
Day-to-day, you will:
• Configure and maintain programmes in Marketo, such as campaigns, forms and landing pages.
• Support the connection between Marketo and Salesforce, including fixing sync issues and keeping data accurate.
• Manage the flow of information between platforms like Marketo, Salesforce and Databricks so marketing teams have the data they need.
• Investigate technical issues, understand what is causing them and put in simple fixes that prevent them happening again.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
• Experience working with marketing automation platforms and customer relationship management systems, such as Marketo and Salesforce.
• Experience with APIs and programming languages like Python, JavaScript or SQL.
• Familiarity with data tools like Databricks or with creating dashboards in Power BI.
• A careful and organised approach to documentation and process improvements.
