Marketing Operations & Digital Specialist

Your role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations & Digital Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team.
This role combines CRM operations, data quality management, digital campaign execution, and website content updates, ensuring accurate data, smooth campaign execution, and efficient marketing processes. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing Operations and the Digital Marketing Manager, contributing to the execution and continuous improvement of marketing activities across multiple channels.
What you will own:
- Support CRM operations and ensure data quality and data currency within Salesforce, including data cleaning, segmentation, and campaign setup.
- Execute digital campaign creation across platforms such as LinkedIn and Google Ads, ensuring accurate setup and alignment with targeting and campaign requirements.
- Support marketing automation execution within Account Engagement, including emails, forms, landing pages, and scoring workflows.
- Maintain and update website content through the CMS, ensuring consistency with guidelines and coordination with the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Manage WhatsApp communication activities in alignment with marketing campaigns and communication guidelines.
- Contribute to marketing performance reporting across CRM, digital campaigns, and WhatsApp activities by preparing data and supporting analysis.
- Provide operational support and contribute to marketing projects, including campaign execution, market research, and process improvements.
Requirements
Your profile:
- Experience or strong interest in marketing operations, CRM, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or marketing automation tools (Account Engagement / Pardot)
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
- Experience with CMS tools is a plus
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills and analytical mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution skills
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
