The Marketing Operations Coordinator's role is pivotal in delivering marketing and communication programs to the Beltone dispenser network. Emphasis is placed on ensuring compliance and accuracy of key program data.
Highlights:
- Establish and ensure required compliance for all marketing materials.
- Monitor and maintain key program participation documents (Co-Op, Podium only etc.).
- Regular auditing of key program documents to ensure seamless service.
- Support the department with project organization and support as assigned.
- Create a process for approval documentation compliance.
- Facilitate the review and approval documentation processes for US Beltone Marketing Materials
- Work with material originators to collect and organize required documentation.
- Route and follow materials through the approval process.
- Process and archive materials in our systems.
- Maintain our asset library with current approved materials, archive obsolete materials.
- Review marketing materials per policy for renewal or obsolescence.
- Monitor key program participation data (add new participating locations, delete locations based on closures, update data as a result of divestitures and relocations etc.).
- Test lead flow for online booking and other campaigns to ensure leads are booking correctly in systems and being received by the appropriate contacts.
- Support marketing team on occasional event set-up and tear down.
Requirements:
- High school or GED required.
- 1 - 2 years of experience.
- Competent with online systems.
