Job Description: KME.digital is looking for a highly motivated sales and marketing automation specialist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on implementing and optimizing sales and marketing automation solutions using HubSpot. You will collaborate closely with our digital marketing teams to develop workflows, clean and manage data, integrate technologies, and streamline processes for greater efficiency and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement automated workflows in HubSpot to drive lead generation and improve conversion rates.
- Maintain and manage the HubSpot database by performing data cleansing, updating property values, and eliminating duplicates.
- Assist with integrating marketing and sales technologies, including email platforms, calendars, social media tools, and website systems.
- Generate and analyze reports to evaluate the performance of sales and marketing campaigns, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation to suggest innovative approaches that enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of digital marketing and/or HubSpot experience preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Information Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
