In this position, you will also be responsible for designing and deploying agentic workflows that automate manual business processes, transitioning our operations into an agent-led production environment. Blending AI product thinking, solution architecture and hands-on development, this role focuses on practical AI adoption - helping team work faster, reduce friction and improve marketing efficiency and performance.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Architect and implement AI agents and agentic workflows integrated with core systems including Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and related platforms, while implementing AI guardrails including quality controls, privacy, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
  • Drive AI adoption through structured enablement, training, and rollout plans; serve as a trusted advisor to Marketing leadership on AI capabilities and opportunities; and build confidence and fluency in AI-powered ways of working across teams.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Campaign Operations, Demand Generation, Regional Marketing, Sales Enablement, and other teams to validate current-state workflows and design future-state agentic models, while partnering closely with IT, Security, and the central AI infrastructure team to ensure governance, compliance, and secure integrations.
  • Establish success metrics tied to efficiency gains, cost reduction, quality improvement, and revenue impact, while implementing usage, performance, and cost tracking for AI agents and workflows.
  • Continuously refine AI agents based on adoption patterns, performance data, and user feedback, and publish impact summaries that clearly demonstrate measurable business value.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Marketing Technology, with proven experience designing agentic workflows to augment or replace manual marketing workflows and processes.
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents using tools such as Mindflow, Copilot Studio, LangChain, or similar frameworks, with the ability to rapidly prototype, test with users, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and APIs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise AI governance, data security, data privacy, and compliance considerations.
  • Experience working with technical teams, Salesforce (SFDC) Administrators, and other MarTech system owners, along with experience using marketing platforms such as Marketo, Outreach, 6sense, and ZoomInfo.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate ambiguity, remove roadblocks, and drive successful AI and automation initiatives.
