Infoblox is seeking a Marketing Operations Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team in Poland. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, data management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence. You will work across multiple platforms to ensure data flows, lead management, campaign execution, and reporting processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with business goals. This role supports key initiatives such as AI-driven lead automation, data hygiene, platform administration, and MarTech optimization, ensuring Marketing has the infrastructure and processes needed to scale effectively. At Infoblox, Marketing Operations is viewed as the digital nervous system of the entire Global Marketing team and is the key advisor to the senior marketing leadership team.
Be a Contributor — What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end process for AI-driven lead import automation, leveraging intelligent data validation to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established SLAs.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to import, cleanse, and manage lead data, applying AI detection for predictive data quality checks to maintain accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Enhance, support, and optimize Marketo processes, including lead lifecycle management, scoring models, and integrations with Salesforce and other platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related and platform-related issues, including sync discrepancies, system errors, and integration failures.
- Execute and manage Marketo and platform administration tasks, including audits, configuration projects, and implementing platform enhancements.
- Design, maintain, and present dashboards and system health checks, highlighting data quality, integration reliability, and platform performance.
- Implement and continuously improve operational processes that ensure data cleanliness, compliance (GDPR/CAN-SPAM), and enrichment.
- Collaborate with campaign operations, demand generation, sales ops, and IT teams to ensure underlying data and systems are optimized for marketing execution.
- Utilize AI-powered tools and advanced data processing tools to standardize, analyze, and report on datasets.
- Document and refine operational workflows across Marketo and associated systems, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
