Marketing & Operation Specialist

We are looking for a versatile and energetic Marketing & Operation Specialist to support and executing end-to-end offline business operations and marketing initiatives. This role combines strong operational management, event coordination, and marketing execution to ensure seamless delivery of offline campaigns and corporate events.You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and compliance teams to deliver impactful campaigns and achieve business targets.

Responsibilities

Operational Management

  • Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and logistics for offline and corporate events, and lead negotiations to ensure contracts align with company objectives.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Set up and manage dashboards and other relevant tracking tools.
  • Conduct regular checks on daily operations, sales transactions, and inventory to identify and address discrepancies.
  • Manage warehouse operations and logistics inventory, and oversee shipment processes including merchandise ordering and fulfillment.

Marketing & Planning

  • Plan and organize resources for offline, corporate and cross function event setup and teardown, including site visits and on-site execution.
  • Manage event inventory and coordinate requirements for all events, including exhibitor order fulfillment.
  • Coordinates F&B orders for corporate activations.
  • Coordinate creative briefs and oversee the printing of marketing materials and related procurement requests.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on branding, campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Generate ideas to strengthen offline visibility and customer engagement.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in marketing and operations (financial services preferred).
  • Familiarity with brokerage/investment products is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project coordination skills.
  • Good communication skills with ability to support customer-facing sales activities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) or marketing tools figma / canva is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English + Mandarin) preferred to liaise with diverse customers.
