Role Overview

Emerald is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand, generate demand, and support business growth.

This person will be responsible for developing and managing marketing campaigns, overseeing day-to-day marketing activities, analyzing performance, and identifying new opportunities in the market. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience leading marketing efforts while managing and motivating a team.

The Marketing Manager should be comfortable balancing long-term planning with fast-paced execution and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with Emerald’s business goals and growth objectives
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement
  • Support the development and promotion of new services, offers, or initiatives
  • Coordinate promotional activities, partnerships, webinars, events, and other brand visibility efforts
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and brand presentation across all channels
Team Management
  • Recruit, interview, onboard, train, and develop marketing team members as needed
  • Oversee daily marketing operations and provide guidance, feedback, and support to the team
  • Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and conduct timely performance evaluations
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team environment
  • Manage disciplinary actions and performance issues in accordance with company policy when necessary
Market Research, Analytics & Performance
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience needs, competitor activity, and new business opportunities
  • Analyze campaign results and marketing performance data to improve effectiveness and ROI
  • Evaluate customer behavior, service demand, and market positioning to support strategic decision-making
  • Support sales forecasting and strategic planning through data-driven insights
  • Review pricing trends and competitive positioning to help refine Emerald’s offerings
  • Analyze financial considerations related to marketing initiatives and business growth opportunities
Budgeting & Operational Oversight
  • Create, manage, and monitor marketing budgets
  • Ensure marketing resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
  • Track KPIs and report on campaign outcomes, pipeline impact, and overall marketing performance
  • Continuously improve internal marketing processes, workflows, and reporting systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Prior experience managing or supervising team members
  • Strong experience developing and executing marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand positioning, and promotional strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant marketing tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B marketing, recruitment marketing, staffing, or professional services
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including email marketing, social media, paid campaigns, content marketing, and lead generation
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth company
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
