Ohme is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Ireland. As the sole marketing representative in the market, you will have the autonomy to shape local strategy, drive demand generation, build brand awareness, and support key commercial partnerships.  Working closely with our Irish sales team you will bring campaigns to life and ensure Ohme continues to lead the transition to smarter, more sustainable energy.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days work in our Cork office and 2 days work from home.
What you will be doing
  • Own and execute all marketing activity for the Irish market
  • Plan and deliver multi-channel demand generation campaigns to drive leads, pipeline growth, and customer acquisition.
  • Build and strengthen Ohme’s brand presence through campaigns, events, PR, and industry engagement.
  • Develop and manage co-marketing initiatives with key partners, including energy providers, automotive retailers, and fleet operators.
  • Manage and optimise Irish website content, marketing collateral, and local messaging to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, brand awareness, and market insights, using data to improve results and inform wider European marketing strategy.
Who you are:
  • 4+ years' marketing experience with exposure to both B2B and B2C environments.
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end campaigns, from planning through execution, reporting, and optimisation.
  • Experience working in a standalone or lean marketing function, making independent decisions and setting priorities.
  • Strong capability in demand generation, including digital, content, email, events, and lead-generation activities.
  • A Digital native with AI and proficiency with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and CMS systems.
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
