The Marketing Manager will support global and LATAM field & partner marketing initiatives by helping foster a connected sales and integrated marketing experience. This role will partner closely with broader marketing teams, partners, alliances, business development, sales, and solution and industry advisory teams to support the planning and execution of integrated demand generation programs across multiple channels in alignment with overarching global industry marketing strategies.
This role requires strong marketing execution skills, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for supporting sales success. The ideal candidate brings experience contributing to demand generation programs, identifying opportunities for optimization, and helping deliver marketing plans that drive business impact.
Scope:
- Working cross-functionally with broader marketing teams, partners, alliances, business development, sales, and solution and industry advisory teams, you will support the development, implementation, and tracking of integrated go-to-market plans, messaging and content, marketing programs, and campaigns that help drive pipeline, revenue, and new business across global and LATAM initiatives.
- The role will primarily support LATAM revenue marketing efforts aligned to partner marketing initiatives, with opportunities to contribute to broader global programs, especially across CPG and Life Sciences Manufacturing industries.
What you will do:
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns by collaborating with stakeholders across channels including partners, account-based marketing, email marketing, webinars, events, digital advertising, direct mail, and social media.
- Partner with global industry, product, strategy, and marketing teams to help ensure consistency and accuracy in product and value proposition messaging across regional programs and events.
- Help execute demand generation programs from concept through launch, including timelines, budgets, creative coordination, content support, campaign setup, and performance tracking.
- Manage campaign deliverables and timelines to ensure programs are launched on time, executed with accuracy, and aligned to brand standards.
- Support partner and co-marketing initiatives by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to execute mutually beneficial programs.
- Build knowledge of Blue Yonder’s client base, decision-making process, and ideal customer profile to support effective lead generation and campaign targeting.
- Participate in cross-regional planning and collaboration to support knowledge sharing, alignment on priorities, and effective use of budget and resources.
- Develop strong working relationships with sales stakeholders and cross-functional teams to support demand generation, go-to-market execution, and reporting needs.
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, including demand generation, field marketing, partner marketing, or campaign execution roles
- Fluent in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus
- Experience working closely with sales teams, preferably within a SaaS or B2B environment, is highly desired
- Experience building and tracking 1:few and 1:many marketing campaigns that contribute to pipeline and revenue goals
- Working knowledge of B2B marketing best practices, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion, and nurturing programs
- Experience creating campaign briefs and partnering with creative teams to bring campaigns to life
- Comfort working with marketing technology and operations processes
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive results across cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build professional relationships across domestic and international teams
- Self-starter who is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing business environment
- Experience working in a metrics-oriented marketing environment, with familiarity using automation and CRM tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Experience with tools such as 6Sense, Triblio, or Demandbase is a plus
- Basic understanding of budget tracking and marketing program management
- Some travel required
