Job Summary
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and support revenue growth across the organization. The role oversees digital and offline marketing initiatives, brand positioning, campaign management, and collaboration with sales and operations teams to deliver a consistent and compelling guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the brand’s business and revenue objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, tone, and messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
- Oversee the brand’s digital presence, including website content, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and online listings.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and paid advertising to drive bookings and engagement.
- Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, and experiential).
- Collaborate with sales and revenue teams to develop promotions that drive occupancy, covers, and event bookings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, or food brands.
- Strong understanding of hospitality marketing channels, including OTA platforms, digital advertising, and social media.
- Proven experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and brand positioning.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse marketing performance and optimise strategies.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
Skills Required
