Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
● Lead brand positioning initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all channels.
● Drive product marketing strategies including launches, promotions, and lifecycle management.
● Ensure strong alignment between marketing, sales and operations to achieve growth objectives.

2. Campaign management, activations & events
● Plan, execute and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
● Lead and manage brand activations, experiential marketing activities and promotional events to drive band awareness and sales growth.
● Organize and oversee corporate events, trade exhibitions, product launches and on-ground marketing initiatives.
● Coordinate logistics, vendors and field teams to ensure seamless execution of activations and events.
● Measure campaign and activation effectiveness and provide detailed performance reports with insights and recommendations. 

3. Digital Marketing & Content Leadership
● Oversee digital marketing strategy including social media, paid advertising, email marketing and website optimization.
● Lead content development across platforms( social media, website, campaigns, video and graphics) to enhance engagement and brand visibility.
● Manage social media presence, online community engagement and brand reputation.
● Monitor and optimize digital campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads manager, etc.)
● Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

4. Negotiation & Vendor management
● Lead negotiations with media houses, suppliers, event organizers, printers, influencers and external partners to secure competitive rates and maximize ROI.
● Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure cost efficiency in all campaigns and activations.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
● Oversee contracts and agreements related to marketing activities.

5. Market Intelligence & Performance Analysis
● Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
● Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and industry trends to inform marketing decisions.
● Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present performance insights to senior management.
● Use data-driven insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve ROI.


Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.
● Professional Certification in digital marketing or brand management is an added advantage.
● Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with proven experience managing campaigns, activations, and events.
● Demostrated experience in planning and executing brand activations and large-scale marketing events.
● Strong negotiation skills with the abilit to secure favorable agreements with vendors and partners.
● Proven experience managing marketing  budgets and driving cost-effective campaigns.
● Strong expertise in digital marketing platforms(Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Email marketing tools).
● Excellent analytical, leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
● Fluency in English and Swahili is required
