About the role & team
As a Marketing Manager in our Paris office, you will serve as the driving force behind our brand’s growth. You will be responsible for constructing comprehensive marketing strategies and leading their flawless execution. This role requires a "full-stack" marketer: an analytical mind to drive performance, strict rigor to handle complex projects, and a creative eye to produce high-impact content.

What you will accomplish
360° Strategy & Execution: Build and deploy meticulously coordinated marketing plans. You will coordinate large-scale media plans (CTV, Digital, influencer) as well as tactical activations and CRM.
Project Management & Rigor: Balance multiple workstreams simultaneously. You lead all aspects of the "how" and the "when," ensuring every project is completed with outstanding attention to detail.
Agency & Partner Management: Brief and lead creative, media, and influencer agencies. You will also collaborate with internal support teams to ensure seamless campaign alignment.
Creative Production: Work closely with production and creative agencies. You understand the logistics of a shoot and can guide the production process from script to final delivery.
Data-Driven Problem Solving: Monitor important metrics and campaign performance. You are proactive in identifying issues and proposing data-backed solutions in a fast-paced setting.
Market Focus: Specifically responsible for the French market activations, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance across all channels.
Performance Analytics: Apply performance analytics to generate insights, build reports, and determine broader strategy. You are a hands-on individual with a proven ability to manage performance against established benchmarks.
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 3+ years of marketing experience, gained either in-house (brand side) or within a leading advertising/media agency.
Execution Authority: You have a proven track record of running 360° campaigns. You know how to balance TV, digital, and social influence without losing sight of the details.
Ultra-Rigorous: You are highly organized and focused. You thrive when handling complex timelines and multiple collaborators.
Creative & Production Savvy: You possess a keen awareness of the craft. You recognize production limitations and can effectively connect strategy with creative results.
Communication & Collaboration: Strong oral and written communication skills. You are comfortable presenting ideas to groups and building connections across various functions and cultures.
Problem Solver: You thrive in dynamic settings. You don't merely identify issues; you offer solutions proactively.
Analytical: You are comfortable working with data and apply it to back your decisions and improve campaign performance.
Proficient in French AND English
