The Marketing Manager is responsible for creation and execution of outcome-driven marketing strategies at the project or program level with clearly defined goals, personas, journey touchpoints, tactical plan for marketing experience, tactical plan for distribution/enterprise deployment and KPIs and data analysis associated with each goal. Responsible for development, execution, review, upkeep and evolution of consumer marketing experiences and associated collateral, including but not limited to: website content, promotional and lead generation landing pages, annual updates, print and web ads, social media, Annual Report, emails, brochures, fliers, etc. Leading project teams through development, execution, deployment and review of these marketing strategies and ensuring alignment to business outcomes.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Development, execution, review, upkeep and evolution of consumer marketing experiences and associated collateral, including but not limited to: website content, promotional and lead gen landing pages, annual updates, print and web ads, social media, Annual Report, emails, brochures, fliers, etc. (45%)
  • Creation of outcome-driven marketing strategies at the project, program or enterprise level with clearly defined goals, personas, journey touchpoints, tactical plan for marketing experience, tactical plan for distribution/enterprise deployment and KPIs and data analysis associated with each goal. Pro-actively identifying business and marketplace opportunities. (20%)
  • Leading project teams in Accountable role to achieve business outcomes. Responsible for aligning team members, creating clarity around marketing experiences and business needs and rallying the team using collaboration and clearly set vision to create exceptional results while growing people. Responsible for negotiating on behalf of team to achieve desired business outcomes, working with partners in the business and Enterprise Marketing & Communications to create clarity and awareness of current work and leading teams through hurdles in the work. (15%)
  • Effectively communicating with stakeholders on small work, projects and large-scale programs and initiatives. (10%)

Required Education and/or Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or english preferred.

Recommended Education and/or Certifications

  • MA/MS in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Required Work Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience with B2C marketing required, 3+ years digital marketing experience required.
  • Dynamic, agile learner driven by curiosity and motivated by daily deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, time management, decision-making, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic marketer with a track record of success in developing measurable campaigns that drive audience engagement.

Salary Band: 6B

This selected candidate will be expected to work hybrid in Indianapolis, IN. The candidate will also be expected to physically return to the office in CA, IN or ME as business needs dictate or for team building and collaboration.
