By combining Storyous POS and Teya payment terminals into one device, we provide an all-in-one solution that helps hospitality businesses manage operations, payments, integrations and daily business more easily.
Now we’re looking for a Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead who will take ownership of marketing for Storyous across Czechia and Slovakia, lead a small team, and help us grow a strong brand in a fast-moving industry.
This role is for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution, wants real ownership, and likes working close to the business, customers and product.
🚀 What you will do
Own the marketing direction
Define and execute the marketing strategy for CZ & SK aligned with company goals
Lead and mentor a small team (2 marketing specialists)
Own the marketing budget and allocate resources across channels and markets
Set KPIs and track performance across brand, leads, CPL and conversion
Work closely with Sales and GM to make marketing a real growth driver
Build a strong brand in gastro & tech
Own the Storyous brand across all touchpoints
Strengthen our position as a market leader in the Czech gastro segment
Build brand awareness in Slovakia and future markets
Ensure consistent tone, visuals and messaging across channels
Improve customer experience across the full lifecycle
Drive lead generation & growth
Generate inbound leads through digital campaigns, events, content and partnerships
Optimize the funnel from first touch to qualified lead
Collaborate closely with inside sales on lead quality and feedback
Test new channels, formats and campaigns
Continuously improve performance and cost per lead
Own the key marketing channels
Events, sponsorships, gastro festivals and industry meetups
PR, media relations and partnerships
Website (WIX) – content, UX and conversion optimisation
Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
PPC (Google, Meta, Sklik, Microsoft) in cooperation with external agency
Content – case studies, blog, video, sales materials
Email marketing and lifecycle communication

✅ What we are looking for
5+ years of experience in marketing, including a senior or lead role
Experience leading people (even a small team)
Strong hands-on mindset — you can plan, but also execute
Experience with digital marketing and lead generation
Experience managing budget and measuring ROI
Czech or Slovak fluent + English working proficiency
Experience working with agencies or freelancers
Data-driven thinking combined with creativity and practicality
Nice to have:
Experience in SaaS, tech, POS, fintech or hospitality
Experience with WIX, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta, PPC tools
Interest in gastronomy or small business environment
Experience with content or creative production
