What You Will Experience In This Role:

The Marketing Manager collaborates with ILS leadership to execute marketing programs that contribute to revenue impact and growth outcomes (including sourced pipeline and conversion performance).

This role partners closely with Sales and Product to execute segmentation-driven GTM programs, integrated campaigns, and insight-led optimization. The Marketing Manager balances strong execution with analytical rigor to ensure marketing initiatives drive measurable business results.


Responsibilities:

The Marketing Manager will focus on the following critical areas to drive revenue impact and growth outcomes:

  • Segmentation-Driven GTM: Execute GTM programs aligned to defined target segments, priority use cases, and GTM motions in partnership with Sales and Product.
  • Strong Program Execution: Execute marketing plans with strong program ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and operational discipline across marketing programs.
  • Digital Marketing: Execute and optimize digital channels including SEO, paid media, and social to support GTM programs and conversion performance.
  • Content Leadership: Execute the content roadmap and development of strong multi-format content to power campaigns and support sales with clear, consistent messaging. Leverage internal teams, contractors, AI, and other resources to deliver efficiently and at quality.
  • Strategic Relationships: Support and activate relationships across industry partners, agencies, and the broader CAMP ecosystem, leveraging internal leaders and participation in key industry events.
  • Marketing Insights: Track, analyze, and apply insights from marketing performance, sales feedback, and customer input to optimize programs and inform decisions.

  • Accuracy, consistency, and usefulness of marketing reporting and insights

You Have:

  • Proven experience executing targeted, multi-channel B2B marketing programs.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools, including HubSpot.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, and social.
  • Skilled in analyzing marketing metrics and interpreting data.
  • Strong communicator with attention to messaging and brand quality.
  • 5 to 8 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, aviation, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
