This job description is designed for a Marketing Manager at Kaseya, Inc focusing on driving customer retention, advocacy, and expansion through digital channels, marketing automation, and data-driven insights.

Salary - $90,000 

Position Summary 

We are seeking a data-driven and customer-centric Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing digital marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, adoption, retention, and advocacy. Acting as the bridge between solutions and our customers, you will utilize automation, content, and analytics to deliver a personalized, seamless experience that drives long-term customer value.  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Customer Lifecycle & Digital Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to each stage of the customer lifecycle (retention, advocacy). 
  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns, including email marketing, paid/organic media, webinars, and personalized web content. 
  • Marketing Automation & CRM: Utilize CRM (e.g., Salesforce/Webflow/Hubspot) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo) to create automated nurture sequences and personalized communications. 
  • Customer Advocacy & Content: Develop customer-focused content alongside product marketing leads (case studies, newsletters, webinars) that highlights user success and drives adoption. 
  • Data Analysis & Personalization: Leverage AI-driven personalization and analytics tools to track engagement, measure ROI, and optimize customer journeys. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to create targeted campaigns that reduce churn and support expansion. 

Required Qualifications 

  • Experience: 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or retention marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology. 
  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce) and knowledge or experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Webflow, Hubspot). 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with experience measuring engagement metrics (CTR, Open Rates, ROI) and using Google Analytics. 
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into engaging content. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
