Job Description

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving demand generation efforts within EEMEA markets
and specifically Poland. This includes development of strategic marketing campaigns that increase
demand and lead generation across NIQ portfolio. The role requires a hands-on marketer with experience
in demand generation, who can work in a global matrix organisation to ensure alignment with business
objectives and market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of marketing campaigns that stimulate interest, conversion, an retention. Utilize a variety of digital and traditional marketing channels to drive engagement and demand for NIQ products and services.
  • Leverage knowledge of the market, including customer behaviours and competitive landscapes, to inform campaign strategies. Continuously adapt strategies to market conditions and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with regional or market sales to identify key audience and customer segments and customer success teams to curate content to generate high-quality leads and ensure smooth transition from lead acquisition to customer conversion. Monitor, optimize, and report on lead generation activities to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Build and reinforce NIQ's brand presence, in partnership with the global brand team, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels. Manage market-specific content and assets to enhance brand visibility.
  • Work closely with regional marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on objectives, initiatives, and market strategy. Provide input into the broader EEMEA strategy from a market perspective.
  • Regularly measure and report on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, utilizing data and insights to optimize efforts. Use metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, and ROI to track performance and recommend adjustments
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Bring fresh ideas and
    approaches to the team while continuing to develop personal skills and capabilities in demand
    generation and broader marketing tactics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with a working knowledge of best practices in the field. Strong understanding of the market and customer landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt marketing strategies to local market dynamics while aligning with company objectives and processes. Understanding of the broader marketing landscape, including customer acquisition, retention, and growth.
  • Ability to drive initiatives autonomously, taking ownership of campaigns and outcomes.
  • Accountable for results and collaboration across teams to achieve objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine solutions to challenges in campaign performance or market shifts. Able to adjust strategies using experience and judgment.
  • Own the quality of marketing deliverables and drive impactful results. Contribute to the overall success of the market by impacting revenue.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex marketing concepts in simple terms. Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluent proficiency in Polish (written and spoken).
  • Experience working in an international, matrixed organization.
  • Degree in Marketing and Business skillset

  • Ability to have a strategic marketing perspective in enabling business growth while keeping a “roll up your sleeves” mentality and hands-on approach
  • Ability to manage and successfully partner with global, region and country stakeholders, especially but not limited to commercial leaders
  • Results-driven and savvy in data analysis when measuring campaigns' impact and adjusts strategy accordingly. Ability to leverage the full marketing mix and communication tools to drive demand into funnel for revenue impact and strengthening brand value and preference
  • Ability to operate in complex matrixed and high paced organization, adept communicator and entrepreneurial influencer, with strong execution skills to deliver results under pressure.
  • Ability to identify and solve or escalate potential challenges, issues and barriers to communication effectiveness and using influence, diplomacy, critical-thinking and creative problem-solving to address them
