What You'll Own
- Social Media:
- Own day-to-day social media posting across key platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand voice and marketing priorities
- Monitor engagement and respond as appropriate to support brand presence
- Stay current on trends and platform best practices
- Influencer & Creator Management:
- Identify, outreach to, and manage relationships with influencers and creators
- Coordinate content briefs, timelines, deliverables, and usage rights
- Track performance and evaluate effectiveness of partnerships
- Content Creation:
- Create and coordinate content across social channels, including short-form video and static assets
- Partner with internal teams to source content ideas and stories
- Help evolve and maintain our content and visual standards
- Photoshoots & Asset Management:
- Plan and manage photoshoots and content days
- Coordinate photographers, creators, timelines, and shot lists
- Organize and maintain content and asset libraries
- Reporting & Performance:
- Track and report on social and influencer performance metrics
- Share insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and results
- Support campaign and project reporting as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in social media, content, or marketing roles
- Hands-on experience managing brand social channels
- Experience working with influencers and creators
- Strong organizational and project management skillsClear communicator with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice To Have
