We’re looking for a social-first Marketing Manager to own our social presence and help bring our brand to life through content, creators, and campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social culture, enjoys creating and posting content, and knows how to measure what’s working. You’ll lead day-to-day execution across social media, influencer partnerships, and content creation, while partnering closely with our VP of Marketing on special projects and launches.

What You'll Own

  • Social Media:
  • Own day-to-day social media posting across key platforms
  • Create, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand voice and marketing priorities
  • Monitor engagement and respond as appropriate to support brand presence
  • Stay current on trends and platform best practices

  • Influencer & Creator Management:
  • Identify, outreach to, and manage relationships with influencers and creators
  • Coordinate content briefs, timelines, deliverables, and usage rights
  • Track performance and evaluate effectiveness of partnerships

  • Content Creation:
  • Create and coordinate content across social channels, including short-form video and static assets
  • Partner with internal teams to source content ideas and stories
  • Help evolve and maintain our content and visual standards

  • Photoshoots & Asset Management:
  • Plan and manage photoshoots and content days
  • Coordinate photographers, creators, timelines, and shot lists
  • Organize and maintain content and asset libraries

  • Reporting & Performance:
  • Track and report on social and influencer performance metrics
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and results
  • Support campaign and project reporting as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media, content, or marketing roles
  • Hands-on experience managing brand social channels
  • Experience working with influencers and creators
  • Strong organizational and project management skillsClear communicator with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Nice To Have

  • Startup or high-growth company experience
  • Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools
  • Experience managing freelancers or external partners
