1. Position OverviewThe Marketing Manager – PH & HK is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and growth in Hong Kong (HK) markets. This role involves close collaboration with regional teams, local partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the company’s products and services resonate with target audiences in HK.
1.1 Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the unique characteristics of HK markets, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, social media, events, and traditional media) to maximize reach and engagement.
- Brand Management: Build and maintain strong brand presence and positioning, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities, trends, and risks. Provide actionable insights to inform marketing initiatives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget for HK, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal departments, external agencies, and local partners to implement marketing activities and foster collaborative relationships.
- Performance Analytics: Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools; recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and company policies in both regions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods sectors.
- Strong understanding of local consumer behavior, media landscape, and cultural nuances.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Analytical mindset, with strong project management and organizational skills.
