Responsibilities
• Owner of your congresses marketing activities and results
• Manage a marketing coordinator
• Be the one point of contact for congresses marketing needs
• Develop the congresses brand and marketing strategies
• Prepare and adhere congresses budgets
• Overseeing the different marketing campaigns
• Manage the day to day marketing activities of the congresses
• Manage internal and external interfaces to ensure successful deliveries of marketing activities
• Planning and implementing promotional campaigns
• Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measuring results
• Creating a wide range of different marketing materials (online and offline including videos)
• Reports on progress and effectiveness of the different campaigns
Requirements
• Excellent ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Result oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities for yourself and your team members within tight deadlines and high client expectations
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Team player
Education and Experience:
• BA or higher in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration with a Marketing focus
• 2-3 years in a similar position
• Experience with developing and executing marketing strategies and plans - MUST
• Experience in client management, presentations and consulting
• Experience with market research and analysis
• Experience in most aspects of the marketing-mix, online marketing, social media and SEO
• Experience in briefing suppliers, graphic designers and writers
• Experience in managing people – an advantage
• English mother tongue or mother tongue level- MUST
