Content Marketing Manager

What you will be responsible for:

• Develop and execute content plans for Bitdeer’s social media, creating high-quality industry articles, images, and videos; 
• Create content and demonstration material for industry conferences;
• Highlight product advantages and craft content that creatively communicates key features；
• Stay on top of industry trends and respond quickly to relevant social media topics；
• Deeply understand product logic and clearly convey advantages through content；
• Draft, review, and proofread content with the ability to offer clear, actionable feedback；
• Manage and maintain relationships with promotion/cooperation channels；
• Regularly report on performance, analyze data, and assess marketing channels；
• Independently handle project planning and execution; 
• Attend industry conferences as needed - potentially up to 8-10 conferences per year.

How you will stand out:

• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing
• Willingness to travel for business (approx. 30%);
• Strong communication skills and a passion for collaboration;
• Ability to think creatively, learn quickly, and analyze logically;
• Excellent writing skills with a focus on high-quality product descriptions;
• Data-driven, with a knack for analyzing and interpreting key metrics;
• Team player, capable of driving projects across departments;
• Proficient in using statistical analysis tools;
• Basic understanding of the cryptocurrency industry;
• Photoshop and video editing skills are a plus;
• Proficient in Mandarin is a plus
