We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and execute data-driven marketing campaigns that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable business results. This role is responsible for both strategy and execution, guiding audiences from awareness to conversion while leading a collaborative, results-driven team. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and people-focused, with proven success delivering high-performing marketing initiatives in the pharmacy or life sciences space.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, providing clear direction, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on support to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
  • Drive audience growth and event recruitment across conferences and roundtables, leveraging strategic, data-informed marketing to increase registration, attendance, and engagement across both in-person and digital experiences.
  • Independently analyze campaign data and prepare actionable performance reports for senior leadership, using insights to continuously refine brand strategies.
  • Develop and manage marketing content distribution strategies across digital channels, ensuring messaging resonates with pharmacy and healthcare professional audiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, sales, and event teams to align marketing efforts with brand goals and business objectives.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables across assigned brands, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed.
  • Bring creative thinking to event promotion and audience engagement strategies for both live and virtual formats.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can make decisions independently.

Compensation Range:
$60,000 – $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing management experience, preferably in healthcare, medical media, or B2B environments
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with copywriting and marketing content development
  • Experience with marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
