As a Marketing Specialist, you will be involved in planning, executing, and measuring various marketing campaigns, analyzing customer data, and providing insights to drive marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting specific customer segments
- Work closely with business development and product teams to ensure marketing activities align with business goals
- Assist in managing day-to-day marketing operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Coordinate selected marketing projects, track progress, and prepare performance reports to measure KPIs
- Collaborate with the production team to support workflow organization and contribute to automation initiatives
- Contribute creative ideas and assist in developing marketing materials that enhance brand visibility and impact
Requirements
- Organized and detail-oriented, while fostering creativity
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of customer acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics (or similar)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Experience with Jira will be considered an advantage
