As a Senior Data Analyst (Product), you will play a key role in transforming product data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the business. You’ll work with Power BI, Amplitude, and modern analytics tools to uncover trends, optimize performance, and support continuous improvement across teams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced analysis of customer data to uncover complex trends, patterns, and anomalies; utilize statistical and machine learning tools to derive deep, actionable insights
- Independently prepare, visualize, and present comprehensive reports to senior stakeholders, offering strategic recommendations to optimize payment processes and elevate overall business performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to proactively identify and resolve systemic inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Lead reviews of the user journey, diagnosing root causes of friction and proposing innovative, data-informed enhancements to boost product performance and user satisfaction
- Mentor and support junior analysts, providing guidance on best practices in data analysis, review of work outputs, and fostering their professional development through regular feedback and coaching
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science
- Experience with data analysis and statistical modeling
- Proficiency in using Amplitude is a must
- Experience with Power BI: Data analyst level (ETL, data visualizations)
- Advanced DAX, M language is a plus
- Proficiency in English
