Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and delivery of promotional assets like trailers, web assets, screenshots, and store descriptions.
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content.
- Work with and manage a team of artists, video editors, and other stakeholders to maintain Pazu’s digital presence
- Work closely with various internal teams (e.g., production, game design, user acquisition, UI/UX) and external partners and influencers.
- Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging for the game across all marketing efforts
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in digital and integrated marketing programs, with a passion for gaming.
- 5+ Years of experience in managing marketing teams of 10+ team members.
- Social media savvy, with a passion for staying on top of trends
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze data, present findings, and lead cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices
- Understanding of the gaming industry landscape, including current trends, platforms, and player behaviors.
- Strong project management and managerial skills
- Working from the office in Yokneam
