We’re on a lookout for a passionate, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our charge in the vibrant Philippines market. You’ll be the driving force behind all things marketing in the region and your mission is to grow brand love, spark real connections with Filipino audiences, and boost user growth, both in getting people on board and keeping them engaged.
You’ll be at the heart of it all, collaborating with regional and global teams to turn big-picture strategies into bold, locally relevant campaigns. From music and content partnerships to performance marketing and brand moments that matter, you’ll help shape how we show up and shine.
Role:
- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns ensuring they reflect local culture and deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies (creative, media, and more) to bring campaigns to life across digital, social, and offline channels.
- Partner with content teams to create campaigns that support creators, amplify artists, and elevate podcast voices.
- Own the marketing calendar for the region, aligning campaigns with key cultural moments and consumer behaviour insights.
- Identify and define target audiences to ensure messaging lands with impact.
- Manage local marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and strong ROI.
- Use performance data to optimise and iterate campaigns for even greater effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, comms, content, and business development to deliver cohesive, consumer-first marketing initiatives.
- Stay on top of trends in culture, music, tech, and digital media to keep your strategies fresh and locally relevant.
You:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of experience in consumer and/or content marketing, brand management, or regional marketing roles, ideally with a strong track record in the Philippines.
- Passionate about digital media, content creation, music, and the broader entertainment space.
- A strategic thinker with a creative mindset, confident in turning insights into ideas and ideas into campaigns.
- Experienced in media planning, creative development, performance marketing, content partnerships, and experiential activations.
- Collaborative and organised, with great stakeholder management skills, able to navigate complex projects with multiple moving parts.
- Strong communicator with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project ownership.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and - ideally - fluent in Tagalog.
