SUMMARY
Munters is seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to drive Branding, New Product Introductions, Trade Show Management, and Optimization of the Marketing Spend. This role is pivotal in strengthening Munters’ market presence and brand promotion while supporting the sales teams. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, strategic, and highly analytical, with experience in digital marketing, AI-driven marketing tools, and budget oversight. The right candidate will assume responsibility for all Munters marketing activities.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Lead and execute rebranding efforts, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.
- Drive new product introductions, ensuring effective positioning and messaging for target markets.
- Manage promotional and educational campaigns utilizing digital, social, print, video, and exhibit marketing.
- Experiment with new AI-driven marketing tools to enhance campaign reach and engagement.
- Lead trade show and exhibit management, from vendor coordination to booth design and engagement strategies.
- Oversee marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and tracking ROI.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a clear understanding of Munters’ business, industries, sales channels, and competitive landscape.
- Oversee public relations efforts, strengthening industry partnerships and relationships with major food-producing organizations.
- Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage rep membership programs and in-house promotional programs for sales representatives.
- Collect and analyze sales and industry data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Monitor competitor activity, including pricing, product launches, and industry trends
- Work cross-functionally across all departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all departments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is highly desirable
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a manufacturing or technology-driven environment.
- Proven expertise in campaign execution, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools.
- Management experience a plus
- Strong background in event planning, vendor negotiation, and public relations.
- Some travel required.
