About the RoleBlue Bridge Technologies is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our account-based marketing efforts and build a strong brand presence within the healthcare market.
This is an opportunity for someone ready to develop, execute, and scale B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue, deepen client engagement, and reinforce our position as a trusted healthcare technology partner.
You will work independently and build the marketing foundations for one of Latvia’s most used products for managing healthcare practices, and for individuals to book appointments.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact and visibility role within a small team and big career opportunities. We’re looking for someone to grow with the Blue Bridge Technologies**’** team as the business does.
This role is in-person based at Blue Bridge Technologies’ office in Riga, Latvia.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing strategy development and execution
Develop and own a marketing strategy and budget focused on attracting, engaging, and converting leads across all stages of the funnel
Set measurable marketing objectives and key results aligned with the wider Blue Bridge Technologies’ business goals
Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to align on goals, messaging, and strategic initiatives
Full-funnel campaign execution
Oversee multi-channel campaigns across webinars, events, email outreach, social media, and educational content, driving alignment across channels to maximise reach and impact
Collaborate with internal teams to set up CRM and marketing automation tools to support tracking and reporting needs
Brand building and content strategy:
Manage the Blue Bridge Technologies website, including content updates, SEO optimisation and UI/UX best practices, to improve online visibility and lead generation efforts
Create short and long-form content, such as blog posts, flyers, customer testimonials and social media posts, for the healthcare audience that speaks to key pain points and buyer needs
Organise and run in-person and online events for Blue Bridge Technologies’ healthcare audience
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints, building a recognisable and respected brand identity
Performance tracking and reporting:
Establish KPIs and implement performance tracking for campaigns and overall marketing effectiveness, focusing on key metrics such as MQLs, engagement, and conversion rates
Conduct regular analysis and report on marketing performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation and future growth
Stay current on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging opportunities to adapt your strategy accordingly
3-5 years of B2B marketing experience. Nice to have is experience in healthcare or an early-stage growth SaaS company
Comfortable creating written content and hosting business meetings in English and Latvian
Examples of past experience working with agencies and freelancers
Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that drive growth across the full funnel
Strong understanding of brand building, content marketing, and audience engagement strategies
Comfortable using and managing a content management system and CRM
Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance metrics and optimise marketing efforts based on data insights
Proactive, able to make decisions independently and report on results to the senior leadership team
Thrive in close-knit teams and excel in cross-departmental collaboration
Play a critical role in shaping BBT’s growth in the Baltics healthcare market
