About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing team's document flow, managing the project portfolio, and ensuring the smooth execution of global marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on organizing the production of merchandise and printed materials, managing outdoor advertising campaigns worldwide, and driving brand awareness projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the marketing team’s document flow and project portfolio.
- Organize and oversee the production and distribution of merchandise and printed materials globally.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute outdoor advertising campaigns across multiple regions.
- Lead and support marketing projects aimed at increasing brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing materials.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- 3 + years of experience as a Marketing Project Manager, Marketing Manager, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in coordinating global campaigns and working with international vendors.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of marketing principles and brand management.
- Familiarity with document management systems and project management tools is a plus.
