Job Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize branding and lead generation campaigns across platforms to meet organizational objectives.

  • Ensure seamless integration of multimedia elements, collaborating with content and design teams to create cohesive and engaging campaign experiences.

  • Regularly assess analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine strategies and enhance ROI.


Data-Driven Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance, leveraging insights to make proactive adjustments and maximize outcomes.

  • Stay informed about platform trends and industry developments, integrating new insights into campaign strategies for relevance and competitiveness.


Budget Management:

  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget effectively, prioritizing resources for high-impact campaigns.

  • Continuously refine strategies to improve return on investment.


Team Leadership:

  • Foster a positive, collaborative environment, providing mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure their professional growth and contributions.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals.

  • Address feedback and ensure campaigns are aligned with evolving business needs.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in strategy and execution.

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, tools, and technologies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience managing budgets and delivering results within constraints.

  • Adaptable and results-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range $80,000 - $120,000.
