Due to expansion Elwood is looking to hire a dynamic Marketing Manager to be based in our London office. This is a hands-on role and will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a real impact in the exciting world of digital assets. 

Elwood Technologies is a FCA regulated firm that provides end-to-end institutional-grade digital asset Execution, Liquidity Access and Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management Software. Built with institutions for institutions, Elwood’s EMS offers best available price execution, smart order routing and algorithmic tooling alongside a traditional finance grade Portfolio Management System.

Job Description

Elwood is looking for an experienced marketing professional who can lead the development for all marketing plans for the Company.  The successful candidate will ensure the implementation of an effective marketing strategy, focusing on growing audiences and the uptake for products and services.  The post holder will also review and report on all areas of the marketing strategy and its implementation . Key duties of the role will include:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals which includes ownership of the Company website and social media accounts, digital marketing, advertising and communications
• Campaign Execution: Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer growth and retention. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including events and digital marketing initiatives to drive lead generation and pipeline growth ensuring campaigns are adapted to meet the specific needs of localised markets. 
• Content Creation: Create and gather content from internal and external sources for all social platforms, consistently growing audiences across all marketing platforms including the use of SEO. 
• Cross Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and product team to understand their needs, provide them with tailored marketing efforts  and ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business  objectives.
• Market Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies. Studying consumer behavior to identify market opportunities 
• Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI for all initiatives.
• Performance Tracking: Measure and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and events, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholder
• Designing branding strategies: Developing strategies to enhance the company's brand 
• Regulation: Work closely with the Legal and Compliance Team to ensure understanding and compliance of marketing materials and content in a FCA regulated environment

Qualifications / Knowledge 

• At least 5 years in a marketing leadership role with relevant industry experience ideally in the digital assets space.Experience in trading/portfolio management solutions is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Communications or a related field. 
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
• Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing within a start up/scale up environment
• Proven experience of digital marketing, branding, and product marketing.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working across multiple market regions 
• Ability to attend regular external events
