Position Overview:
We’re seeking a qualified Marketing Manager to help us in developing the business of pioneering trusted medical solutions to improve the lives we touch in for our Continence Care business unit. He/she will report to the Commercial Director. Our ideal marketer has a strong understanding of the intermittent catheters/urologic space and inherent business dynamic, clinic/dealer/wholesaler sales process. He/she is strong in creainge and developing solid branding, product and service management tactics and strategies. He/Her will also know customers and end-users’ needs, how to reach them and how to satisfy their requirements. He/She has a strong analytical skills and business acumen. He/she has to be a people leader and a strong influencer within and outside the organization.
He/she will also be able to make effective presentations, organize and attend events, trade shows. His or her efforts will help us extend our national reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and develop the people of the marketing department
- Developing the continence care platforms and channels
- Define and develop a clinical, product and patient’s services strategy
- Creating marketing strategies that align with healthcare providers, business partners and patients' goals and initiatives
- Creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, or newsletters to keep the target customers informed
- Creating omnichannel communication plans to reach out to current and prospective patients
- Meeting with the leadership team to strategize marketing plans
- Developing strategic partnerships with key customers and other healthcare organizations
- Analyzing marketing data and reporting it to leadership
- Collaborate with our global marketing, IT, digital, supply and demand partners
- Develops marketing strategies and implements marketing campaigns that enhance the organization’s brand and increase community awareness.
- Financial budget management
- Maintains relations with community organizations, hospitals, business partners and other referral sources in order to generate and retain business.
- Spending time in the field with the sales team
Skills & Experience:
- Fluent English
- At least 3-5 years in healthcare marketing
- Experience in Launching and building a new brand
- Digital and direct-to-consumer marketing skills
- Business acumen and strategic thinking
- Data Analytical skills
Excellence in communicating, influencing and collaborating with people
Qualifications/Education:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
