About the Job
The Marketing Manager will drive Doodle Labs' marketing output by owning multiple channels, executing impactful campaigns, and contributing creative ideas to elevate our brand. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer passionate about delivering results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you will play a critical role on the team and will help influence our marketing strategy to help us in our mission to bring transformative technology to robotics platforms solving advanced problems.
What You'll Do :
Campaign Execution: Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including tradeshows, online content, and targeted newsletters.

  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content for social media, website updates, and customer communications to highlight Doodle Labs' technology and customer successes.


  • Channel Ownership: Take ownership of key channels such as LinkedIn and newsletters within 60 days , maintaining consistent, high-quality activity.


  • Project Management: Oversee 5-6 tradeshows annually, handling all aspects from pre-event promotion to logistics and post-event follow-up.


  • Performance Analytics: Build and maintain a system for tracking marketing ROI, ensuring data-driven optimization of campaigns.


  • Collaboration: Partner with sales, creative, and technical teams to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives and deliver cohesive messaging.


What You'll Need

  • Execution Skills: Proven ability to manage complex marketing projects from ideation through execution and analysis.


  • Content Mastery: Strong writing skills and a knack for creating engaging content across diverse platforms.


  • Technical Savvy: Experience with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and campaign tracking platforms, with a willingness to learn new technologies .


  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to working across teams and contributing new ideas .


  • I ndustry Experience: Familiarity with B2B technical product marketing or robotics/technology industries is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical B2B Marketing Experience : At least 3-5 years of experience in technical product marketing, ideal ly with experience in communications , robotics or unmanned systems.


  • Education : Bachelor's degree and 3-5+ years of marketing.


  • Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to learn technical products and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
