Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to join our growing team based in Washington, D.C. As a Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our products and services. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing:

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Measure and analyze the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Create and manage marketing budgets to optimize ROI.
  • Track and report on key growth metrics to senior management.

Event Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate on strategy and direction of conference marketing strategies, to amplify the CaryHealth brand and solution portfolio, deepen customer relationships, and generate new business.

Continuous Development:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements to facilitate innovation and creativity in marketing initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing growth marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Experience in supporting and optimizing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing and AI marketing tools.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
  • Demonstrated can-do attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States to be eligible to apply for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong B2B marketing experience.
  • Ability to build and manage SaaS marketing funnels.
  • Experience with the Pharma/Life sciences industry and/or payers.
