Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead multichannel marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new business and nurturing relationships within our healthcare ecosystem, specifically targeting nurse practitioners. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, managing lead generation programs, optimizing digital and social media initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.  

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute multichannel marketing campaigns to drive new business and engage customers within the healthcare sector, focusing on nurse practitioners. 
  • Create campaign briefs outlining objectives, tactics, and timelines; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy campaigns across various channels. 
  • Manage the social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement. 
  • Oversee ongoing lead generation programs and support new product launches with effective marketing campaigns. 
  • Collaborate with the content marketing manager to develop distribution plans for blog articles and other content assets to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Partner with User Research to uncover insights, market trends, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing strategies. 
  • Uphold brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing communications and initiatives. 
  • Consult with partners to manage paid media and direct mail budgets effectively. 
  • Own the direct mail calendar, review content, and manage distribution logistics. 
  • Optimize the referral program to drive customer acquisition and retention. 
  • Leverage affiliate partnerships to expand brand reach and customer acquisition efforts. 
  • Utilize customer testimonials and user-generated content (UGC) to enhance marketing efforts and build credibility. 
  • Collaborate with the content development team to strategically promote new podcast series releases or updates, webinars, etc. driving downloads and user engagement. 
  • Review and edit promotional emails, paid captions, and other marketing copy; collaborate with channel experts to deploy effective promotional campaigns. 
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline efforts; provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. 
  • Partner with the email marketing strategist to optimize workflows, segmentation, and email health for enhanced campaign effectiveness. 
  • Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns on search engines, Meta platforms, and other digital channels in collaboration with the paid media analyst. 
  • Inform the development of marketing collateral for conferences and trade shows based on event goals and audience insights 

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, preferably within the healthcare or ed-tech industry. 
  • Strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and campaign management. 
  • Experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and developing effective social media strategies. 
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tactics including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing. 
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies. 
  • Demonstrated success in managing lead generation programs and driving new business growth. 
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
