Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth for our fish feed products. Successful candidate should have native language level of Japanese, and business level of English. Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges in the aquaculture industry. Utilize data and insights to inform strategic decision-making.
2. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and objectives. Identify target markets, positioning strategies, and competitive differentiation tactics.
3. Product Marketing: Lead the development of new product and execution of product marketing initiatives, including product launches, promotions, and sales support materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.
4. Brand Management: Manage and enhance the company's brand identity and reputation in the market. Develop brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and communication strategies to maintain consistency and relevance.
5. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, social media marketing, email campaigns, and online advertising. Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
6. Market Expansion: Identify opportunities for market expansion and penetration. Develop strategies to enter new geographic markets, target new customer segments, and diversify product offerings.
7. Partnership Development: Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with industry stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and key influencers. Collaborate with partners to drive mutual business growth and market presence.
8. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Monitor expenditures and track performance against budgetary targets.

Qualifications:

Native level of Japanese Language, Business level of English are essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic marketing roles in multinational companies (Desirable but not essential: Experiences within the agriculture, aquaculture, or related industries)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of driving results in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including various social medias, and analytics.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship in the aquaculture industry.
