Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Operations Responsible who will oversee the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing department’s operations for both channel and Direct MKT activities. This role will involve managing technology, processes, and team members to ensure our marketing strategies are executed accurately and on-time.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage all technical and operational aspects of our marketing ecosystem
2. Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes to enhance the productivity of the marketing and channel department.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into clear operational plans
4. Follow up all required steps with finance, procurement, accountant and logistics departments to start the execution of the campaign.
5. Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities, effectiveness, and impact on business goals.
6. Provide training and guidance to the marketing and channel team regarding new tools and processes.
1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
2. Min. 3 years proven experience in a marketing operations role.
3. Strong knowledge of marketing technology applications and advanced proficiency in analytics tools.
4. Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with excellent project management skills.
5. Strong quantitative and analytical skills to recognize patterns and issues in complex data.
6. Able to think strategically, but willing and able to roll up sleeves to get things done.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well cross-functionally.
8. Fluent in Turkish and English ,both verbally and written, and Chinese is a plus.
9. Based in Istanbul Turkiye.
10. Customer/Partner friendly attitude, and business partner management experience is a plus
