Our Koddi internal marketing team is looking to hire a Content Marketing Manager who will play a leading role in planning, creating and delivering Koddi’s company messaging – both internally and externally - to ensure its leading position globally in commerce media is recognized by the market and the media.​​ This role will be a part of the global marketing team supporting demand generation and customer growth across the company currently supporting activity in the US, EMEA and APAC.​


 At the direction of the Global Marketing Director, you’ll lead the planning, development, and implementation of Koddi’s content strategy, as well as the creation and production of online and offline marketing content and associated graphics to support business and sales goals. In order to contribute to our goal of increasing visibility of the Koddi brand, this role will be responsible for social media management, email campaign management, website content and blog updates, as well as supporting events, public relations and other administrative requests. In order to be successful, you will need to learn our technology and industry to help deliver thoughtful content for our marketing and sales teams. What you will do

  • Work closely with the Global Marketing Director to develop and lead content strategy, including pitch decks for the sales and partnerships teams
  • Research and synthesize industry trends in digital advertising and marketplaces to understand key topics and trends.
  • Work with others on marketing team to promote content and monitor the success of each campaign and optimize where needed
  • Create B2B content to support marketing campaigns and enable our sales team, as well as content for inbound and outbound demand generation campaigns to address all stages of the funnel
  • Maintain in all communications a distinctive voice that adheres to Koddi brand standards and helps bring the brand to life across media and channels
  • Develop content plan and author blogs, and media pitches; digital content for emails, ads, social media, and website; sales enablement materials such as whitepapers, case studies, and one-pagers; award submissions
  • Partner with subject matter experts as needed
  • Manage and develop blogging strategy to increase website traffic and grow subscriber base
  • Edit and proofread content for substance, grammar, and style 
  • Maintain in all communications a distinctive voice that adheres to Koddi brand standards and helps bring the brand to life across media and channels
  • Communicate and distribute content to appropriate teams
  • Manage content on social channels, including posts, profile information, etc.
  • Work with others on marketing team to promote content and monitor the success of each campaign and optimize where needed
  • Develop and track metrics to analyze content performance that help us understand engagement and relevance of content across key channels
  • Help to support, grow and develop employer branding
  • Design visually appealing graphics and images for social media posts
  • Ensure consistency in branding and visual elements across all social media channel
  • Create and manage email lists for targeted and segmented campaigns
  • Design and execute email campaigns using Figma and HubSpot, ensuring visually appealing layouts
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and calls-to-action
  • Create and manage segmented email lists for targeted marketing efforts
  • Manage and evolve sales decks
  • Work with Commerce Media team to create product marketing assets
  • Support major event administration and own select smaller events

What skills and experience you bring

  • 3-5+ years experience in a B2B content marketing role in a high growth tech company; knowledge and/or passion for digital marketing and technology
  • SaaS/PaaS writing experience preferred; ability to learn and understand SaaS/PaaS products quickly
  • Solid storytelling, writing, editing, proofreading, and overall communication skills.
  • Collaborative, articulate thinker with the ability to take creative direction
  • Strong quality assurance, organization, and project management skills
  • Deadline driven, proactive, able to multitask and work under pressureAbility to lead and communicate cross-functionally with sales, product, client services, and other departments
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing creative social media campaigns that drive engagement and grow reach
  • Ability to develop effective email marketing campaigns and proficient in email tools such as Hubspot
  • Strong design skills in PPT and other tools.
  • Ability to create animated video a bonus
  • Experience/understanding of digital media
  • Self-motivated and possess a can-do attitude

Nice to haves

  • Experience working with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HootSuite, etc.
  • Experience managing creative resources including designers, freelance writers, and other agency personnel


Travel

  • Ability to travel a min of 10%, but as needed for core industry events
  • Must have a valid US Passport
