What you'll do
• Design and ship borrower lifecycle journeys (email + SMS)
• Improve lead-to-app and app-to-fund conversion rates
• Own past-borrower nurture for refi and HELOC opportunities
• Partner with sales on segmentation and trigger-based campaigns
• Report on campaign performance and revenue attribution
What you bring
• 4+ years lifecycle / CRM marketing in financial services or fintech
• Total Expert, HubSpot, Marketo, or comparable platform fluency
• Strong copywriting and segmentation instincts
• East Coast working hours preferred

Skills Required
