Responsible for managing day-to-day marketing planning and execution for key service lines and market-specific strategies. This position applies working knowledge of market research, analytics, and intelligence to develop plans that competitively differentiate the organization and ensure growth in volume, market share, share of spend, and brand awareness. This role builds strong relationships to advance the organization's strategic vision. In addition, this position actively participates in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining respectful relationships with all stakeholders.
- Provides direct employee management and assists with hiring, retaining, and developing teams and individuals; is responsible for motivating and mentoring a team of strategic, data-driven marketers to support AdventHealth business strategies.
- Leads the day-to-day strategic marketing efforts for assigned service lines and/or dedicated markets/care communities within assigned region.
- Develops and maintains meaningful physician relationships and creates effective physician marketing strategies, including traditional and digital initiatives to drive physician referrals; collaborates with the appropriate teams on physician-to-physician marketing strategies; and/or provides effective market opportunities for lectures and events, and community relationships.
- Manages and oversees websites related to the area of focus for updates or development; collaborates with the digital strategy team assuring best practices and implementing effective online and social media strategies to drive volume and engagement.
- Works collaboratively with the creative team, providing clear objectives and goals, with timely feedback and reasonable deadlines for the development of effective deliverables.
- Serves as a brand ambassador, ensuring that execution of national and local brand is consistently maintained across all areas to establish/improve overall awareness and perception; plans and executes health fairs and community events; negotiates and activates community sponsorships; and/or effectively manages community relationships, affiliations, and area partnerships.
- Effectively manages service line/market-specific budgets, ensuring timely reporting and fiscal responsibility; completes projects and produces materials and/or events within established budget and time parameters.
- Coordinates with the research team to develop market analysis and market research and obtains competitor, consumer, and/or physician knowledge to develop effective marketing plans, setting goals, strategies, and tactics to ensure operational business goals are met.
- Monitors patient volume, market share, online engagement, and brand preference; implements tracking mechanisms on marketing initiatives to show success and reconcile return on investment.
