As part of the Customer Experience Marketing (CXM) team, you will play a key role in shaping how IFF engages with customers across the Nordic region. We are specifically seeking a marketing professional with strong knowledge of and experience within the Nordic food and beverage industry. You understand the unique consumer preferences, market dynamics, retail landscape, and business culture across the Nordics and can translate local insights into impactful customer engagement strategies.
Where You'll Make a Difference- Analyze food and beverage category trends using tools such as Mintel, Euromonitor, AI Palette, Nielsen, and other insight platforms.
- Monitor new product launches and evolving consumer trends across the Nordic region to identify growth opportunities.
- Connect market dynamics and consumer behavior with IFF's commercial strategy to uncover and develop business opportunities.
- Create and execute local marketing initiatives aligned with regional growth objectives across categories, markets, and channels.
- Translate market insights into compelling customer-facing content that supports customer acquisition, growth, and retention.
- Partner closely with the Nordic commercial team to understand customer priorities and co-create impactful growth strategies.
- Support customer innovation projects by applying consumer insights, market trends, and category knowledge to relevant concepts.
- Lead customer engagement activities, including presentations, marketing collateral, events, and premium brand experiences.
- Travel across the Nordic region to build relationships, deliver customer presentations, and strengthen market presence.
- Proven experience within the Nordic food and beverage market, with strong knowledge of regional consumer trends, customer needs, and market dynamics.
- Experience working with Nordic customers, retailers, manufacturers, distributors, or commercial teams.
- 5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably within a B2B food and beverage manufacturing environment.
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, Food Innovation, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
- Experience in consumer research, market intelligence, trend analysis, and category management.
- Proven ability to develop impactful marketing content and collaborate effectively with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and networking skills across diverse markets and cultures.
- Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish), both written and spoken.
- Existing network within the Nordic food and beverage industry.
- Experience with customer experience marketing, innovation commercialization, or new product development.
- Basic graphic design skills and experience creating visual marketing content.
