OVERVIEW
Are you ready to trade the ordinary for the extraordinary? Join our dynamic team in the stunning mountain paradise of Hakuba, nestled in the heart of the Japanese Alps. At Evergreen, every day brings fresh challenges, growth, and the chance to shape unforgettable experiences for guests from around the world. We’re looking for a driven, creative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager who’s ready to make a real impact in an exciting, fast-paced environment full of opportunity and adventure. If you thrive on storytelling, strategy, and life in one of Japan’s most beautiful destinations, we’d love to hear from you!

POSITION SUMMARY
As Marketing Manager, you’ll be the creative and strategic force behind Evergreen’s brand, campaigns, and growth. You’ll develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across our full range of products and experiences. As part of the role, you’ll also support sales efforts directed at schools and group programs. You’ll create compelling content, manage digital channels, track performance, and turn insights into action. This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organized, flexible, and thrives independently while collaborating across teams. Strong command of English is essential; Japanese language ability is a valuable plus. Experience with online marketing platforms is important, and graphic design skills are a definite advantage.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales conversions across Evergreen’s products and experiences
  • Create high-quality marketing materials and digital content (websites, social media, email campaigns, videos, photos, brochures, and more) that showcase what we offer
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across online marketing platforms (social media, Google Ads, email, etc.) to maximize reach and ROI
  • Maintain accurate pricing and product information, coordinating with relevant departments to keep all materials up to date
  • Track marketing performance and sales results (including targeted vs. actual sales) to measure impact and continuously refine strategies
  • Research competitors and industry trends to keep Evergreen’s offerings and messaging fresh and competitive
  • Identify and activate new marketing channels, tools, and technologies that expand our reach and effectiveness
  • Manage and elevate all marketing collaterals — photo and video content, social media assets, website materials, and more — to generate strong leads and support sales
  • Support sales efforts for schools and group programs, including building relationships with schools, group organizers, local businesses, hotels, and travel agents
  • Monitor booking and financial trends related to marketing efforts, share insights across departments, and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure a superior customer experience through clear, engaging, and consistent brand communication

ADDITIONAL DUTIES
Business in the mountains is full of surprises. From time to time you may be asked to step in and support other areas of the operation when needed so we can keep delivering exceptional experiences no matter what the day throws at us.

Ready to bring your creativity, strategy, and energy to the Japanese Alps? Apply now and help us make Evergreen even more extraordinary.
