Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by delivering key customer-related KPIs, including acquisition and retention metrics: both passengers and drivers sides of the marketplace.
- Shape the marketing strategy for the country, optimising the marketing mix across digital, media, partnerships, and offline branding.
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships with local brands to enhance market impact.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Product, Marketplace Efficiency, Driver Operations, Legal, and PR teams.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning by leveraging local insights and customer research to align with global brand guidelines.
- Supervise and refine creative materials to ensure all marketing activities resonate with the local audience.
- Implement a test-and-learn approach to identify scalable, growth-driving initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company, 3+ years in a similar role.
- Experience in working with multi-cultural teams, preferably in a matrix structure.
- Experience working with a mobile product, preferably ride-hailing or similar tech industry.
- Proven track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on project management experience, including agency management and direct involvement in tasks when needed.
- Ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Strong data and analytical skills.
- English and Spanish at a fluent level.
- Being based in Lima, Peru, with the availability for business travels.
