Marketing Manager
Huntsman is seeking a Marketing Manager supporting the Performance Products Division located in The Woodlands, Texas. This position will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Global AdTech.
Job ScopeThe Marketing Manager, is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for Huntsman's Advanced Technologies business within the North American electronics market, including semiconductor, display, and battery segments. This role collaborates closely with global marketing, sales, technology, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers to identify new business opportunities, support product commercialization, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The position also serves as a key market expert, providing insights into customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging industry trends.
In summary, as the Marketing Manager, you will:- Develop new business opportunities and support long-term growth initiatives within the semiconductor and electronic materials markets.
- Identify customer needs, market trends, emerging applications, and growth opportunities to support commercialization efforts.
- Lead and coordinate innovation and customer qualification projects through Stage Gate and New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
- Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor market developments, customer investments, and competitive activities, providing valuable business intelligence.
- Represent Huntsman at trade shows, industry conferences, and customer events to strengthen market presence and identify new opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to support timely delivery of customer and business development projects.
- Contribute to financial objectives through revenue growth and Commercial Margin (CoMa) improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding market opportunities, project progress, and overall business performance.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, product management, research and development, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor technologies, manufacturing processes, and market dynamics.
- Experience managing customer relationships, commercialization projects, and business growth initiatives.
- Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to evaluate market opportunities and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

- Office-based position located in The Woodlands, Texas.
- Frequent domestic and international business travel required.
- Regular interaction with customers, manufacturing sites, and cross-functional global teams.
- Participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and customer visits as needed.
