POSITION SUMMARY

 

The Marketing Manager, Yacht Division is responsible for driving brand performance, demand generation, and customer engagement across OneWater Yacht Group’s premium yacht portfolio. This role serves as the strategic marketing lead for assigned yacht dealerships, partnering closely with company leadership and internal teams to deliver integrated marketing programs that accelerate sales and elevate the brand experience.


The ideal candidate is a results-driven marketer with strong leadership presence, deep understanding of luxury consumers, and the ability to translate business objectives into impactful, data-informed marketing strategies.


 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 


Duties

Serve as the primary marketing partner between dealership GMs, internal teams, and industry partners; acting as a strategic advisor and advocate for business growth.


Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to sales goals, brand standards, and company leadership.

Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, print, broadcast, events, and direct marketing.

Translate dealership objectives into clear marketing briefs and oversee execution in collaboration with creative, media, and project teams.

Own dealer relationships and ensure alignment, accountability, and delivery against scope, timelines, and KPIs.

Manage marketing budgets, manufacturer relationships, and performance reporting with a strong focus on ROI.

Deliver clear, actionable campaign insights using data from multiple platforms to inform strategy and optimization.

Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends within the luxury marine space.

Lead the development of marketing plans, project calendars, presentations, proposals, and executive-level communications.


 

  

SKILLS  

  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media within a luxury brand environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Suite and cloud-based collaboration tools.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), Google Analytics, and web development workflows.
  • Ability to clearly articulate marketing strategy, media rationale, and performance insights to business leaders.
  • Expertise in social media marketing and content strategy for premium audiences.
  • Confident communicator with a polished, professional presence and strong relationship-management skills.

 

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within luxury, automotive, marine, or high-end consumer sectors.
  • Proven experience managing integrated marketing programs and presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
  • Marine or luxury lifestyle marketing experience strongly preferred.
