We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to support the marketing efforts for our Private Banking division.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with stakeholders across the business to develop and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that drive client engagement, enhance brand positioning and support business growth. Reporting to the EMEA Head of Marketing, this role requires a forward-thinking professional with a deep understanding of private banking and the needs of ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of a strategic marketing plan for the Private Banking business, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
• Collaborate with the EMEA Head of Marketing, Marketing colleagues, senior leadership, bankers, and product teams to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
• Lead brand positioning, thought leadership, and content strategies, ensuring messaging resonates with ultra-high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders.
• Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives to drive client acquisition and engagement.
• Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and client insights to refine marketing approaches and identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
• Drive digital marketing and data-driven approaches, optimizing client outreach and engagement across multiple channels.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory guidelines and align with the bank’s brand values and client-first approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in a marketing role within private banking, wealth management, or financial services.
- Strong ability to think strategically and analytically, with a track record of executing successful marketing initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
- Experience in content marketing, event management, digital marketing, and client engagement strategies.
- Extensive event planning and management experience, including exposure to event management systems (CVENT preferred).
- Understanding of ultra-high-net-worth client expectations and the private banking landscape.
- Experience working in a complex, multi-site matrix organisation.
- Creative thinker and strong creative judgement.
- Detailed experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing cloud.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task with a high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Extensive budget and vendor management.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously to manage and drive projects forward. Also, comfortable working as part of a team and supporting initiatives from conception to completion.
- Understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements within financial services.
