As a Marketing Manager, US Wealth, you'll contribute to the marketing strategy and lead campaigns end-to-end across both our direct customer base and a growing team of financial advisors. You understand how lifecycle campaigns work across a complex customer journey, you're adept at translating business objectives into targeted marketing programs, and you thrive on aligning product, operations, and data partners toward a shared goal.
Reporting to the Director of US Wealth Marketing, you’ll have real ownership over the programs that drive customer engagement and business results across multiple product lines, from brief through to performance reporting.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead lifecycle marketing campaigns across the US Wealth portfolio end-to-end, from strategy and briefing through execution, performance tracking, and iteration.
Serve as the primary marketing lead on product partnership, defining customer narratives and driving go-to-market plans for new features and product launches across savings and investment accounts.
Develop and execute marketing programs that support a growing team of financial advisors, helping them deepen relationships with mass affluent and high-net-worth clients through tools, resources, and communications.
Translate business objectives into campaign plans, messaging frameworks, and channel strategies that connect the right customers to the right solutions at the right moment.
Design and manage multi-touch email programs and customer journeys informed by customer insights and life stages.
Analyze campaign performance against KPIs and translate results into clear reporting and actionable insights that inform ongoing strategy and optimization.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Creative, Data, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to bring campaigns to life accurately and on time.
Pioneer the use of AI tools to improve how campaigns are planned, briefed, automated, and optimized, and actively champion a test-and-learn approach across the team.
Required Qualifications:
A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3-7 years of progressive experience, with a demonstrated track record of owning and executing marketing programs
Strong business acumen. You connect marketing programs to business objectives and can drive strategic conversations confidently with stakeholders.
A sophisticated lifecycle marketing mindset. You think in customer journeys, understand audience segmentation, and know how automation and journey mapping work.
A product marketing orientation. You think of the customer’s needs first and are skilled at translating features and solutions into compelling customer narratives.
Proven experience creating and optimizing campaigns using marketing automation platforms, with a solid grasp of how campaigns are triggered and scaled
Genuine enthusiasm for AI experimentation—not just to generate ideas and draft content, but to rethink how campaigns are built, automated, and optimized from the ground up
An “own it” mindset. You move with speed and see programs through from start to finish.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to lead through influence
Superb organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Salary range is expected to be between
$92,900.00 CAD - $142,900.00 CADEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
